OT: Help with GA/AU game tickets

I’m coming home on leave for about a week and bought two tickets for me and a buddy of mine to go to the game and accidentally sent them to the wrong street address. My parents had just bought a new house and I don’t know the address that well since I’ve been stationed in Virginia. My brother went to the address I put on the shipping order and asked the neighbors if they got my package but they said no, even though the tracking said it was delivered a few days ago. Y’all got any advice? TIA

Call customer service of ticket exchange you used. Call customer service of the shipping company. Prepare to buy new tickets but hope for the best.

Hey legal guys on here. Keeping something you didn't pay for is theft by conversion isn't it.
