If I am reading this correctly this is a pick of who you want in the capsule more than who you believe is hot right now. My picks may look strange so some so I have notated why my picks for liftoff are what they are. I am old and southern so you always dance with the ones who brung ya.

He takes crap, he gives crap, but he does the work
He brought me on as a lone ronin
He has spared me when I was on the block
He made me the Ace for HGMF VI

#2 First Mate = Wild Thang
He is not afraid of risk even when he can lose it all
He was the one that got me in my first HGMF
He was on my team at the start of HGMF VI
He is a proven winner

#3 Science Office = bitemetechfans
With so few posts seems the majority would be for HGMF by now
He is a solid picker and clearly above the average
Quiet worker but puts it out early and sticks with it
All business

#4 Cook = Cheese Grits
Nobody can explore space on an empty stomach and who wants to go to space if no good food (southern to be exact) is aboard?
