O-T Torn Hamstring

How many of you ever tore your hamstring, what did if feel like and how long did it take to recover from? Racing my nephew and felt a pop in my hami, now I can’t put a lot of wait on it. No swelling or bruising yet. Happened around 9pm

Just wait for the bruise that you’ll have, from the bottom of your butt to behind your knee, black, blue and green. Probably show up in 1-2 days.

Yeah, your leg is going to look like Daequan's for a bit. Unfortunately you wont obtain the extra muscles in the legs that come with the skin tone.
Try to make the best out of it and go to the Dr and see if you can get a good script for the pain.

Little HGH and DBol will have you rubbing that OT 4.4 again in maybe 3-4 weeks.
