Either he is a HUGE piece of shite, or he is the biggest dumbass in the world. He either made up the whole story to steal every award away from Jarvis Jones, or he called someone his girlfriend that he had never met or even Skyped. Either way, this guy is terrible at LB.

The whole story is fishy as hell. I mean come on bro. You don't Skype, Tango, Web cam, and most phones nowadays come with front face cameras. Since 2009 they could never met? Whats the reasoning for never meeting at the Stanford/ ND games? How do you lie your way out of this one. I can't wait until he takes the podium

Te'o is either a complete idiot for falling for this or he's a walking sack of shite for making this story up. I kinda think he was in on it. Supposedly he sent flowers when she died....to who? He said in an interview that he used to talk to her for awhile every night when she was sick. Either ND, Te'o or both will have egg on their face when this is all said and done.

It was made up??? I can't believe the nerve! After all I heard this year about him, and it was all fake. I can't believe it took until January for the whole country to find out that this was imaginary.

This motherfricker did not get duped. According to his own made up fricking story they first met in Palo Alto after a football game. What a piece of shite, and frick the awards people for placing any fricking stock in what happens off the field over what a player does in games to begin with.

Hell, I met my wife online and we used webcams and telephones before we met (which was only a few months after we started chatting). There's no reason why he would have been duped like that.
It's my belief that he knew what was up and he's lying his tail off. I bet he was blackmailed or knew it was going to leak or something so he got out in front of it.
