Please don’t let the trolls post on the Georgia Sports Board. For the most part, we have good posters here. I know Thomas Brown started the post on the help board, and that dude is a troll. We shouldn’t let Zeus Stamos in either.

If we are not going to let Georgia fans in because they are trolls. What the hell is Rules and Jacketfan77 doing on our board, you are aware that the only reason those two post on our board is to troll right. Hey you can be friends with those guys on facebook if you like them but if thomasbrown and Zeus Stamos aren't allowed on the Jacket fans should be banned.

It already is with Rules and jacketfan77 if you don't want Thomasbrown and Zeus Stamos then you should be okay with banning the tech trolls.

No real opinion on those Tech guys. They are real picky about their sting talk or whatever the hell they call it. It is up to Lew. But, I have seen birh Thomas and Zeus start 5 or 6 threads on the main page of the Rant within a day. This is just my opinion, Lew can do whatever he wants.

And for the record, Rules' participation in our board goes WAY back to the true Dawgrant and maybe even further back to Access Atlanta or some such? Don't recall, but he's been a fixture for a long, long time. Neither of them create repetitive, asinine threads in bunches and never have, at least not to my knowledge.

The tech guys we have on here have been around longer than I have. At least as far back as the old Dawgrant.

I don't care if they've been around for 100 years. If they're shitty posters who do nothing but troll, which they are, then get them the frick off.
The fact is, you wouldn't allow some new Auburn fan to come in and post troll shite on this board.

There is a big difference in someone like Rules and someone like Chrissy. Rules is respectful and candid.
The bigger problem with this board is the alters used to write crappy comments. Or to support or argue with oneself just to keep a thread going to crave a Freudian need for attention. These are what clutters this board with junk IMO.

What did Jacketfan say in that first post that counted as "trolling"? It was honestly a pretty benign, if not positive statement. I didn't go through the rest, but I'm sure he followed the path that others carved before him with their responses. The OP, though, is perfectly fine.

You think the tech posters aren't trolls just wait till Georgia loses to tech again. We lost to them once and half of the damn front page was nothing but them trolling.

It was one guy. Maybe two. And those threads got whacked, same as several Georgia posters' have before when doing that sort of thing. But them doing that kind of posting is a drunken rarity for them. Thomas and Stamos would have Lew working overtime EVERY DAY to keep their shite down off the front page.

Notice I didn't say anything about the other fan bases who have been allowed on our board and haven't been trolls.

Well, I just read through the whole thing and I didn't see anything that I would consider "trolling" or particularly egregious. In fact, I even upvoted a couple of his posts. If you think any of that is trolling, don't bother venturing out to the SECr. You'd die.
