Let's show ND fans the same graciousness they showed us.

I have friends who went to the ND game a few years ago and remember the post-game comments on the forums. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE spoke how great the venue was and of how classy and friendly their fans were. I hope their fans leave with even a better opinion of US than we did of them.

Okay, I legit LOL’d.

But yeah, totally agree with OP. I’d love for some northerners to leave Athens and realize we’re not a bunch of backward, redneck bigots like they tend think we are.

You can keep it in the back of my truck with the piss balloons I’ve been making all week. Should be nice and ripe by the time the aggies come to town.

Always felt it was classless to not allow us to bring Uga...

I mean it's Uga for heavensake, I can't think of anyone else that has ever told us not to bring him.

It’s their stadium, it ain’t classless. They don’t let any live mascots in.

They did not let Uga into their stadium?

PISS BALLOONS IT IS.

To keep some element of graciousness, however, I will use only green and gold balloons. Southern hospitality.

Defending them earlier in the week is acceptable. Appropriate level of dislike needs to be built up as it gets closer to Saturday. Though I’ve always hated ND so that won’t be a problem here.

So of the several hundred games we have played, they are the only one....pretty large sample size, so 99.9% were ok with it, one was not, though live mascots had been in their stadium before, why limit the tradition and pageantry of the game by not including the other teams traditions.

So much so we paid for Colorado to bring Ralphie to our stadium. That is class.

They don’t want Pets to take focus off the petite, young boy dressed in green who jumps around and just looks soo goddamm sexy.

Are you 12?

When Colorado came to Athens we paid them an extra $35k-$40k to bring Ralphie and let her run Sanford. Very cool and allows us to showcase our competitions traditions. Good for College Football.

I think it's fairly well known that ralphie came to sanford but I don't really think it's common knowledge that we paid them extra money to do it..

It was a huge hit and Ralphie put on a great show. A perk of being a rich program.

Drove my new car to Athens years back, 2008 maybe only to find my windows knocked out and the roof and hood “textured” in about 20 spots from someone’s boot. That was “OUR” fans, so yeah, there’s some in every crowd, but taken as a whole......

And please don't act like amatures with the alcohol.

Night games are usually pretty bad for sloppy drunks.
