Croyle got demolished, then the backup Pennington did as well. They got down to their 3rd stringer brandon avalos. That 03 bama game was the most points scored in one half on alabama in their history. It was 37-10 at halftime and we basically just put it in neutral the rest of the way.
Back in the day I spent several hours editing all my VHS copies of the games into a 10 minute highlight video called Hitfest that was essentially just every big hit from thomas and blue from 03-05 with a small handful of offensive trucking thrown in as well. A year or so ago I shipped it off to a company that converted it to DVD and digital format but sadly the original quality was so poor that it didn't really help anything which is why I've never taken the time to put it on youtube.

The hardest Davis hit I can remember is the one when he walloped the RB from Arkansas.

Thomas Davis forced 2 fumbles in one game against LSU (maybe 2004?) on two hits that made grown men start looking around for their mamma to kiss it and make it better.
