read this nugget...

I don't disagree nor does it piss me off. Kirby should hang this in his office as motivation because we looked like pure D shite Saturday. If we lose to UF and UK....he is on the hot seat for me. Too mush talent.

Kirby’s on the hot seat if we lose to UK and UF??

God that’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve seen in days and I live in PCB FL where the destruction from the hurricane here isn’t even THAT ridiculous.

He's wrong, we're just young and need the coaches to make better decisions. This game wasn't a loss on the players, it was a loss by the coaching staff. If you're the #2 team in the nation, you don't need a fake FG in the 1st half to win the game, you take the points, PERIOD!!

Young and iradic, I can see taking what the d gave us in the first but the second half we should have scrapped the game plan and forced the d to adjust to us with a heavy dose of HF Swift no matter how many in the box and then went traditional play action instead the bizarre rpo crap.

It would be a failure worse than 2008. Would make 2017 appear to be a fluke.

The loss is absolutely on the coach. The Coach. Most bone headed shite I've seen since the WVU 2005 game or the 2015 UF game.

If we lose to a Florida team that is "rebuilding" and to UK...fricking UK! I will be in demand of him really really putting some shite together. He would have 2019 to fix it or he should be gone.

How can you disagree?

How many times does Campbell get absolutley owned b4 you make some type of adjustment in the secondary?

Fake field goal? Why? EVER? Would you do that?

Brain Herrien? Really? Why is Holyfield not carrying the rock 20 plus times per game after what he has shown.?

Why is Fields not coming in more than 5 snaps? When every time he did it ruffled their defense. Even with him just running RPO's?

Why is the fat O Coordinator putting Jake Fromm in the same situations over and over with injuries to the oline and a true freshman out there? Wrinkle it up..

Where were Terry Godwin and Riley Ridley? Not getting the ball thats what.

They had 3-4 guys on the Dline most of the game. WTF happened to our toss sweep play? Where is it?

This was a shite show by the COACH. He needs to fix shite during this BYE because if we lose to inferrior UF/UK and I'm gonna say it...AU....McEars should be sitting him down for some serious deliberation.

I'm not syaing right now...I'm saying IF we lose those games. You disagree?

I certainly don’t see us winning both games. Lets say we split, and UF/UK go to the SECCG, what happens? Do we ride Fromm and watch Fields transfer? Or does Kirby give Fields the keys in preparation for 2019?

Kirby has a big boy decision to make and he has a week to make it. I think we'll bounce back hard.

Fields would have gotten eaten alive trying to throw into that secondary. fricking Chaney playing checkers while Aranda was playing chess.

LSU made Fromm look like shite, I can see Chaney being too stupid to see it but Kirby should have known what they were doing...

Pretty spot on article.

It would be inexcusable to lose to Florida and Kentucky, and it would really make me question Kirby. We have far superior talent to both teams.

Mark Bradley isn't good either. In fact, he's trash. He is right though that we haven't beaten anyone of any worth and we all saw the problems with this team before the LSU game.

I would say most rational fans who have been watching the games don't believe we are all that good this year. I fully expected our defense to have growing pains and they have but overall they've done a pretty good job this year. This was a year we should be able to count on the offense and we simply haven't been able to. There have been too many sacks on 3rd down, missed deep balls, stalled drives, and check downs this year - don't know if it is on Fromm or Chaney but something needs to change or we will lose to UF and Kentucky.

Fromm also made Fromm look like shite. He left 24 points on the field. 24 easy points.

Only 280 days removed from a National Championship appearance? I understand the frustration, I was pissed too on Saturday, but calm down.

We’re a good team right now. There are about 20 teams that fall into that category. We’re not a great team. There are about 3-4 great teams each year, and this year we’re not currently one of them. Then you have the 1-2 elite teams, of which here is currently only Bama. We are what we are, a good but young team with no real identity. We say and preach that we want to be a physical team that establishes our will over other team, but often our playcalling indicates otherwise. Our lack of identity falls squarely on the shoulders of our coaching staff and they’ve really mismanaged this team so far. They have 5 games, plus the conference title game (hopefully), left to figure it out.

I don’t think Kirby is, or should even be talked about as being, on the hot seat. Next year should be a team with talent, experience, and quality depth by the boatload. So if we fail to challenge Bama, then his seat should start to get warm at that point. Note: I didn’t say beat Bama but we should be able to challenge them.

This is a VERY young team. Part of the issue this season is that we as fans expected to be at Bama's re-loading level, and we're just not. Nobody is really. Loss of leadership has been a killer for us this year, and it really is incredible how Bama reloads not only talent but leadership every single year. We should have expected a drop off, and we got ahead of ourselves. That doesnt forgive the coaching abomination that happened Saturday.

Bama reloads with Sophomores/Juniors not true freshman. They spot play their freshmen few are ever thrown into the fire and if they are they have a JR/SR to lean on in their position group. 70% of our team is FR and Soph.

Most people did. Most people expected a two loss regular season. Which is reasonable given the schedule.

My regular season prediction was 10-2 and I got fricking lambasted by some folks on here for it. Granted, LSU and Florida are better than expected but USC, Missouri, and Auburn are all worse than I expected.
