When I went to South Bend, I got tickets from the ND ticket office for like $150-$200. Somehow I don’t think I’ll be so lucky for this game. Just curious what people are expecting

Depends on if you want a pair. I’d start at what people saw them for LSU in 2013 and add 50% tbh.

No, my people I’m going to the game with already have tickets through their family. Just looking for 1 ticket. Trying to convince myself to not go ahead and buy a ticket on Stubhub but man, it’s hard.

I’d definitely have at least 4-5 Benjamins in my wallet if I was going no matter what the price but I think you’d probably be pretty safe expecting 250-300. Hell I really don’t know though. May refer to WG for this one.

Oh, I snuck into a game once with an old ticket.... and I went to the seat for the ticket, and the owners of the tickets were there too..... and it just got kinda awkward so I left..... and I could t sneak into any other section.....and then I left and watched at the theater in Tate... and then we lost on the last drive. What a fricking horrible game.

Well, I’m n that case, might as well buy now, right? I’d be really pissed if I didn’t make it into the game

Also, I see all these tickets on email. Does UGA email people tickets these days?

Well, seats in my area are going for $1500 apiece on StubHub and they’re good but not spectacular seats.

So while prices will likely dip especially for cash in hand just before kickoff, I’d expect $500-$600. Easily the most expensive ticket UGA has ever had

:( I used to have season tickets in 117 row 20ish and 132 row 30ish and I let them lapse a few years ago and that was fricking stupid.

It’s going to stay expensive assuming both teams stay undefeated (we both should...).

Finally said frick it and just bought some. Going to be such a fun atmosphere.

This is the most coveted ticket in Sanford history. Take that for what it's worth.

First three weeks for ND are @Louisville, bye, New Mexico so they'll be undefeated and ranked in the top 10 coming in. I expect them to bring a lot of fans.

I bet tickets are still $400-$500 at kickoff for 600 level. Like many have mentioned, most coveted ticket in UGA history. ND at Sanford with 2 top 10 teams.....also, it’s 8pm game and drunk people will talk themselves into buying tickets they didn’t think they would buy....

It's a night game so I ordered a 12' projector screen and plan on tailgate at my house with a bunch of friends. Food, booze, new screen might run me less than a ticket. Way less then two or 4 for the family. I want to but.... I shot my wad on the Cubs, ND, Bears trip.

Those that are going, have a blast

There are some really good, really cheap projectors on Amazon now. eBay an old classroom screen and you can have under 300 in the project. We put one in my neighbor s outdoor kitchen, it is bad arse.

So expensive that instead I'm spending the money on a trip to Nashville for the opener and watching the ND game in the man cave with some friends.

I paid out if the arse for a true native 1080p projector 6 years ago. Now you can get a 1080p with more lumens around $400 and 160" screens for under a bill. I don't regret buying it as we it's served us well. Now I'm looking at paying out of the arse for a native 4k projector.

Dunno what they'll be at kickoff but I have 4 seats, 2 in 331 row 1 and 2 in 119 row 19.

Sold my 2 in 331 for $2800/pair a month ago and will sit in my 2 in 119.

FWIW the 119 seats are going for $890 currently on Stubhub...

The 2 I sold in 331 will almost cover my Hartman Fund donation and season ticket cost for my 4 seats for the 2020 season...

Wouldn't have sold any of my tix 10 yrs ago but unfortunately CFB has become a mercenary business with little or no tradition or loyalty to fans like me who've graduated, donated and stuck with the program thru the bad as well as the good times.

It is what it is...

Big writte up in the dispatches about this. Lots of people are less than thrilled about how the big donors are being catered to over everyone else. With that being said those fat cats are basically paying for all the facility improvements for the program.

The beer sales is something else they have completely mishandled. Other schools have learned that beer sales with monitors have caused incidents to decrease since it was started.

I see both sides but I agree that the introduction of the magill society has fricked over 90% of the fanbase, although the benefit is a bunch of shiny new buildings and expanded budget which was absolutely needed.

Our family has had season tickets for decades. Roughly ~5 years ago we were in about the top 150 on teh list of contributers based on our lifetime points accumulated. As of today we're barely in the top 1000, probably in the 700-800 range on the list. We have always, every year, gotten great lower level seats at all away games. Starting 2 years ago we've only gotten uppers and usually with our backs near the upper wall. We haven't done anythign differently, they have just incentivized BIG TIME giving and pushed out the average joe. And in our case we have bene extremely lucky to have built up what we have over the decades, for john q. dawgfan that may have only been contributing 10 years or less...what's the point? Why should the average joe even contribute at this point since they are going to continue being lapped year by year? In just over the last 2 years Magill Society has grown from 475 donors to 1,073 donors. Keep in mind these people are getting 1.5 to 2 points per dollar depending on donation level. I know the folks in B-M are high on the hog but they're pretty much guarnateeing the normal folks are only going to give the bare minimum to keep what they have, and they damn sure aren't gonna be getting a bunch of new contributors wiht zero hope at tickets.

Similar. My group will be setting up a bigscreen, and watching from the tailgate. I have a slight chance of scoring some tickets at a low price, but I doubt it will happen.
