To be fair he actually did take advice from the people that were actually offering construct criticism.

To also be fair, he specifically calls out dawgrant and then tells us not to click the link even though he's the one who posted the link. Seems a little counter productive to me.

Coach not only yourself, but your guests, to avoid the phrases "But um" and "I mean".
They are vocal disfluencies.
If you need to leave a 1 second hole of silence while you prep your mind for what you want to say next, that's fine, but don't subconsciously try to fill space with "um" and "I mean".
"I mean" is the millenial version of "like" that plagued GenX.

Also, I think I've recommended this before...
Shorten the podcast to 15 minutes. Or even 10.
Make it 10 minutes of hot-take quality content instead of 45 minutes of fluff and jibber jabber.
Do 2 or 3 minutes on South Carolina recap, do 5 minutes on upcoming Auburn, then a couple of wild card minutes.
When/if you get to a point where 10 minutes just isn't enough for all of the great content you have prepared, go to 12 minutes.

Herschel Talkers is my go-to for when I want hear what the dawg news I read four days ago sounds like with "ums" added three times per sentence.
