Is it just me, or is he putting alot more pepper on the ball than in the last two years?

He has different speeds.

Hes struggled with timing on some of the drag routes. I think the different speeds in his throws and different depths is messing with the timing (either that or he is late on the throws).

He overthrows deep a lot but it’s usually when the receiver is not wide open.

I noticed in the USCe game that Pickens seemed to be running at 3/4 speed on some deep routes.

I saw this too...he pulled up and then had to try and turn on the jets to get to a ball that was already in the air....which resulted in what were over throws. Could be on Fromm too but the timing definitely wasn’t there.
