Did you know............
.....that Lee Corso and Burt Reynolds were roomates in college at Florida State?
***This could be a thread for obscure interesting factoids. I give it 1:6 odds that it will crash and burn though. But, if it doesn't.... and it takes off instead, then all who read it will be enlightened. And you will have helped enrich the lives of your fellow man. Whatdoyagot?................****

Did you know.........
....that the original hand-written copy of "the Constitution of the Confederate States of America" is kept in the library archives at the University of Georgia?
Side-note: I remember hearing that it's only displayed one day a year, on Confederate Memorial Day, for fear of the ink fading.

Did you know that..........
......the actor that played 'Jefferson Davis Hogg' (aka 'Boss Hogg') in "The Dukes of Hazzard" was a former army counterintelligence officer with advanced degrees from Columbia and Yale.... was fluent in 5 different languages (including Japanese)......and also had a cousin named Max Yusgar, a farmer in Bethel, New York that famously leased his farm out to some commies in 1969 who held a gigantic three-day filthy hippie concert there known as "Woodstock"?

So...Im sure everybody knows that scenes from Sweet Home Alabama were filmed in Crawfordville, GA....
...but, few know that Crawfordville was also the primary location for the 1981 blockbuster Coward of the County.
During filming, many business and the private school closed for filming so the town folk could be extras in the movie.
Crawfordville GA...population 562...saaaaaalute!
