Really good teams get their asses handed to them by mid major programs all the time. Georgia is far from a really good team, so it's not surprising to see someone make us pay for an off game.
I remember one year (2008?) when Pitt was ranked #6. They went to Dayton and got absolutely fricked rocked. It was something like 80-55. It ended up being an aberration, as Dayton just had it that day and Pitt didn't. Pitt ended up being a 4 seed in the tourney. It was a bad game. They happen all the time in college basketball

We have no PG at all. Fox’s shitty recruiting has left us with very little to work with against good teams.

Yep, and Crean will either be able to recruit well in our talent rich state or not. If not, then will remain mediocre.

Despite their record, Texas Southern has played a really tough schedule and will likely do well in SWAC play. They knocked off Baylor to start the season and have a Top 25 win vs. Oregon. Encouraging to see us go out and win big.

Been an interesting start to the season. I really like what Tom Crean is doing. If we can land this highly rated 2-guard we are going after to mesh with Jaykwon Walton, we will definitely have an improved roster next year.
