Demary playing his way into a Draft prospect before our eyes…

Gone cold all of a sudden. Needed that TO to catch our breath. Need another run.

D is really solid, but yah, we need to start hitting some shots.

Well that may be the tipping point in this one. Our offensive answer for Fears is now on the bench for the next few minutes and OU is largely staying out of foul trouble.

yah, Fears is lethal. Offense has just been flat this half. Man, the SEC is tough.

I’m thrilled with the overall results this season, but jeez the amount of times we’ve just shite the bed in the last 10 minutes of games is frustrating.

5 minutes without scoring in the closing minutes of a close tournament game is just really bad. It’s like they just forget everything they’ve done the first 30 minutes.

I’m not even mad about this L. Oklahoma is hitting crazy shots like the ball is on fire in NBA jam. Sometimes you just end up on the wrong side of a bizarre one.

I agree about their shooting. I’m not mad at the defense at all. It’s the offense collapsing late in the game that’s frustrating.

Which in itself wouldn’t be as frustrating if it wasn’t a running theme that had happened several times this year and cost us several games.

Fair enough. Demary getting into foul trouble and Asa going out for bad 3’s instead of playing the paint was the culprit for the offensive trouble tonight.

yah, we are solid on D, but need another go to scoring option and better 3%. This team is young and we already made the tourney. If White can keep this group intact should be good outlook for next year.

There’s potential for Asa coming back if he doesn’t get a top 10 grade, which I don’t think he will.

I said it before, if some crazy things happen and UGA can pony up $2.5-$3.0M, he “could” come back.

Right now Asa going 12-15 or somewhere in there. He has huge upside potential, so won’t slide anymore than that.

He could come back and develop more and turn $3.5-$4M/yr in $8-9M/yr on his rookie contract, but he’s not going to do it if we don’t pay him 80% of year 1 money.

I think it would be Awesome if he came back along with most of the kids and we added Wilkins. We could make a serious, serious run, but that’s wishful thinking with UGA NIL

It would be nice to return this team… As far as last night is concerned, we didn’t play well down the stretch but OU was hungry. They’ll also hit a season high in 3’s. I would categorize it as a fluke honestly. Extra rest for the Big Dance!

For the amount of money it'd likely take to entice Asa to give up a surefire 1st round draft grade and come back, we'd essentially barely have anything left for everyone else. Guys that could easily contribute to other high major programs (Silas, Blue, James, Somto, etc) would probably bolt if we slashed their NIL to the bone in order to give it to Asa.

I like to daydream as much as the next guy but the minute we got a commitment from Asa I think we all knew he wouldn't be here longer than one season, and that's ok. Hell he's been instrumental in getting us back to the dance at long last so for that I say thank you for your service and good luck in the pros!

Kyrin Lawrence is a turnover machine and has to have the shittiest plus/minus on the team. He should move down to the end of the bench with the Trevors and the Baxters.
