this is a bit simplistic of a view. for us, this year, it most likely (99.99%) does not matter where we are ranked.

it is still interesting to see how the committee evaluates teams and what their criteria are. it is interesting that we are behind michigan. it will be even more interesting if we are behind michigan after this weekend, depending on what all happens.
