You need to eat a cheeseburger. It's getting a little extreme...

Telling someone who is fit that they need to eat more perfectly personifies America

No wonder we're the fattest country in the world

He looks fit to me. He's just dropped 50-60 pounds from his playing days, and it makes sense.

I have known a couple of ex-college offensive linemen over the years...One was a starting guard at FSU back in the early 80s, and one was a starting tackle at VSU during the same time frame. Both weighed in around the 280s during their playing days....and now both of them weigh about 220 or so, and can jog all day and then get on a bike and ride all night. Both look much better than they did during their playing days.

They stopped eating cheeseburgers and put more emphasis on cardio vascular workouts so they wouldn't fall over dead from heart issues when they got into their 40s.

Dudes got bad knees, right? If he don't want to be crippled for a LOOOOONNNGGGG time..what is he, 33ish(?) he' be well advised to keep doing what he is doing. He does look a bit like a corpse but if he wants to be ambulatory without hurting like hell all the time keeping the weight as low as possible is a good way to start....

Dude is doing 55 in verticals on ESPN. I don't think there is anything wrong with his knees. If there is he has the best surgeon ever.

Pollack looks fine and perfectly fit. He just doesn't look like the 270 pound Lombardi award winner. The guy broke his neck. He's lucky to be walking.

He weighed as much as he did while playing football due to his position. No need to keep that weight in retirement if its not necessary due to health reasons.

Too bad he injured his neck within the first couple of years of his NFL career because he was one hell of a LB with UGA.

So dont dish on a DGD. Its bad karma.

youre right....it was his neck, not his knees, that ended his career. Still a good idea to keep the weight down as you age....I don't care what you do knees catch hell....add some weight and its infinitely worse as you age....
