Exactly correct. If I was UGA AD, I would make Joe Brady turn down $3+ million a year for OC.
The other key is Kirby staying the hell away from the offense. He needs to be a CEO style coach with little to no involvement in the gameplan. Anything other than that and he is a major liability.

One day before I die I hope Georgia get an OC that doens't live in the 1980's. Go swallow hard and get Lane Kiffen and open this thing up.

Yeah, he didn't, but he did call an absolutely miserable game that showed no imagination or creativity whatsoever, just as he's done the entire season. And he has no track record of success as an OC. He is in over his head and was a terrible hire.
