Nothing's going to happen. The die was cast when the NCAA decided to let Cam play in the title game...they're not going to admit fault and back off that decision.

While I agree with your assessment, this is a completely separate situation and the NCAA might be taking the tact to right a perceived wrong. Sounds like Malzhan has stepped into a fricked up situation but then he's gotten his first high paying coaching position so I doubt if he cares.

All the players that are not going on trial in 4 days for Armed Robbery are denying the quotes she put out there. Again, Selena Roberts = FAIL
When reached by AL.com on Wednesday afternoon, Blanc denied any knowledge of cash payments to Auburn players:
"I don't have any direct knowledge of it." "I don't know nothing factual that any guys got any money."
Blanc later had this to say on Twitter:
"Man this article is outrageous and isn't true. The media will do anything for a juicy story smh #sad."
Former defensive end Antoine Carter, who was quoted in Roberts' report, tweeted this Wednesday:
"Please don't remix my words."
"I Believe in Auburn and Love It #WDE."
Former defensive back Neiko Thorpe also took to Twitter on Wednesday:
"While I spoke to Selena Roberts about Mike I have just read her article & not only am I misquoted but my words are very out of context."
"We didn't talk about NCAA violations or recruiting. I'm proud 2 have played at Auburn & the opportunities it gave me."

I dont believe a word of what Selena Roberts wrote. However, didn't Auburn just go through the death penalty in SEC sports this year?

Blimp crash in New Jersey.... Casualties feared...

I'm never surprised that people sell out, but I'm often surprised at how cheaply they do it. That was some bargain-basement corruption, right there.

As much as I'd to like to believe this story...the "journalist" and her "sources" have no credibilty.

She may be full of shite, but the fact that it's Auburn does make it a little more believable.

Yep, when there's ongoing smoke, fire is expected at some point.

IDGAS if they are guilty or not... I just like to read about it & bask in the "we are better than you glow". As a school & as human beings...

This is another clear-cut case where I find myself glad that we have CMR. It might be frustrating as hell when he seems slow to action on something, but even his biggest detractors have to admit that by and large, he keeps UGA above the fray on an institutional level.
Positively influencing the kids to stay off the herb? That's a totally different skill set, apparently.

Well it's still the same scenario, an Auburn degree will get you a handicap parking spot in Alabama and Georgia!

This just keeps getting better guys, these jerk-offs hid failed drug test so players could play in the BCS title game.
