Because this board has been a ghost town lately.

Zamir is off limits because of the obviousness.

I’ll go with Brenton Cox on D, I also like Herring to make a huge impact in 2019.

Offense, I’ll go with Kearis Jackson. Amount of talent potential we have at skill positions is absurd. Tommy Bush, Trey Blount, and Demetrius Roberson all ready to make a name for themselves. Not to mention Blaylock and Pickins.

How do you define "breakout player"?

I like the philosophy that these players may or may not have seen the field, but we have yet to see their true potential.

Or make it up. No rules.

This one is hard because we have so much coming back, especially defensively.

I’ll say Kearis Jackson. He becomes the go-to slot man ala Terry Godwin.

did holloman break out last year or does he count?

only 24 catches but over 400 yards and 5 TDs. i think he might double that

(i know he won't and instead like 6 guys will have 200-500 yards because that's just what we do)

If you want more activity in this thread, let people say Zamir.

While I agree with the statement, I say keep eyes open for Cook. Also, Nakobe Dean. No one can replace Roquan Smith but I see this kid getting better as the years pass.

Just thought it would be a little more fun if the most obvious answer was off limits.

Holloman would count, IMO. We’ve yet to see his full potential. Limited by Godwin and Hardman.

That was going to be my pick initially, but I just think it’s going to be hard for him to get carries with Swift, Zeus and Herrien there.

It Pickens pick up the playbook, I doubt Holloman doubles his stats from last year. You know Fromm likes those back shoulder passes and put it where the wr can go up and get it. Pickens is a beast with it.

Holloman is my pick.
42 catches for 850 yards. 9 TDs.

Woerner goes 35 for 550.

Fromm wants a lock down, he will absolutely get open and catch the ball guy. We never replaced Wimms and he was our guy to make the sideline grabs to extend drives.

We need one of our flankers to fill that roll.

I've been a fan of this guy since he went up against Jefferson County in the playoffs. People don't realize just how athletic he is.

I sure hope so. He was a weak link last year.

tyson campbell is another one who had his issues starting at corner as a true freshman, but i still think will be absolutely nasty and that could start this year

Nolan Smith on defense.
