I’m taking my oldest son to his first BBall game tomorrow night against Tech. What’s the best plan for parking?

I believe you can park in the Foley Field outfield lot unless they've changed things recently. Being a weeknight game I wouldn't think you'd have any trouble there.

I always park near the vet clinic. It says faculty only but I’ve been parking there for 20 years. Watch out for dog shite while walking to the stadium btw.

Appreciate the input, fellas! I didn't figure it would be too bad, but thought I'd ask since we seem to be filling the Steg now.

Also if you are in the foley field lot with your back to the outfield and your front facing stegeman, if you go to the right (to exit) there's a garage on the left I believe you can park in, and if you hit that road (DW Brooks Drive) and take a right there's a parking lot immediatley on your right. I've parked there for plenty of baseball games iwth no issue, although it may be different rules on a weekend.

There is always Parking off Lumpkin by Grindhouse/Track Field etc.
Depending on the opponent I have always found parking around Carlton, Lumpkin, etc.

Short walk.

I read the Carlton Street deck is free. Is that correct? Any reason not to use it?

Really? I didnt know that. I always pay the 10 (or 20 if big game) bucks at one of the business parking lots off Lumpkin and Carlton. If its free heck yes its a short walk.

Learn something new I have been a sucker....

I’ve never not parked at the Carlton Deck for zero dollars and zero cents. That’s the way to go.
