Just had a 15 minute phone conversation with an Aubie business associate (all Aubie, all the time). We usually talk CFB in our conversations. Called me right after the regular season UGA/AU game just to chit chat.

Today we got right down to business and there was no mention of the SECCG.

You should have called him first, just to chit chat.

I'm lucky enough to not work with any Aubie fans.

One Georgia Tech fan
One Tennessee fan
One Illinois fan
One South Carolina fan
Everyone else is a Georgia fan, and it's mostly yankee NFL fans that never followed college until they got to ATL, and adopted UGA as their team.

ETA- we used to have two Florida fans, but they were both outsourced.

I have several Aubie business associates, friends, even relatives. Haven't heard a peep out of any of them since the SECCG.

The Gus bus turned into the pain train.

My neighbor took down his Auburn flag.

It was glorious.

My office has two UGA alums and one AU alum. The Aubie didn't gloat after the first game, so neither of us gloated after the second one. We did discuss getting Rose Bowl tickets outside her office, though.
