I’ve been pumping water out from under the house we just got done building.... So yeah the builder got a call he came right out and says everything will be corrected once this rain stops and we can get it dried out. Any ways I am beyond pissed.

And it came to pass after the first two days of rain in a month and soeth the ATL inconvenience floods were upon us. And the first howl became a chorus. And Gremtock, from upon high, decried.... Let there be downvotes

youre a funny dude. But yes i agree all rain is welcome. Takes irrigation expense off alot of folks plate

And deeprig9 here you go man. Im in my cup pretty good but managed to get a few pics of round 2.5 for you

Couple sidenotes..

- olive oil spray is the best thing to happen to grilling since the thermometer
- modelo is a very serviceable beer
- didnt get a pic of the casserole in time, but if you want the recipe let me know. WARNING ** it contains a dz eggs, 2lbs of bacon, a qt heavy cream, 10 lg onions, and 2 lbs of cheese. oh and a lotta ritz crackers. So its probably highly offensive to anyone living above south carolima

Isn’t it amazing that when we get into a drought it ends ends up being followed either a week long long monsoon or hurricane...which is directly proportional to the severity of the drought?

It’s almost like the climate is cyclical and always reverts to the mean.

I bet that thing is twangy. Do you play it with a thumb pick? I tried one of those once back when I played guitar and that’s more of a learning curve than I thought it would be.

It's acrylic strings instead of steel, like eukalele or classical guitar, but it's over a drum like a banjo.

I'll try to put up a pic.

What is the string all about on the pork meat?

It goes up like hair stray to a bic.

All of the Mexican lagers have a unique skunk-twang that I'm not a big fan of. But Modelo is my favorite among the breed.

Question.

I used to play acoustic guitar of the major minor chord bar guitar variety. I want to get bacI in it and up my game but don’t know how. I know you’re a musician so what would you suggest? Learning different progressions from Youtube? Tabbing our songs I like (which is how I learned)? I really just want a better understanding of the music beyond strumming out tabs but with wife and kids lessons or jamming with friends isn’t really an option.

Any thoughts would be sincerely appreciated.

Drove home to TAMPA through Atlanta this morning. Waves of water were coming over the wall in the middle of I-75 from cars traveling north.

Ingredients

1 cup olive oil
1 cup chopped garlic
1 qt heavy cream
10 lg vidalia onions (julienned)
2 lb shredded mozzarella
6 sleeves ritz crackers
2 lb bacon
Dozen eggs
Onion salt
Black pepper

- Cook bacon in a lg pot and set aside. Leave grease in pot
- Add olive oil/garlic and brown
- Add onions, 1.5 tbs pepper, 1.5 tbs onion salt. Turn regularly until onions semi clear
- Mix eggs/cream together in a lg bowl. Stir in cheese. Stir in crushed ritz/crumbled bacon
- Dump onions w/grease into lg disposable aluminum casserole pan
- stir in the cream/cheese/crackers mix well
- Bake 325° @ 45min

Obviously recipe can be halved. We always make it like this because it goes fast when we got folks over and like to have some to heat up that week one of my favorite dishes

Damn good time to have a big screen porch and a case of beer. I got 2 racks of ribs, a beer butt chicken, and a ton of cut up veg on the grill. Vidalia onion casserole in the oven. You know what time it is

I did the beef jerky-standing rib roast duo today. Got the canopy up 30 seconds before the rain hit here in central Florida.

Now it's Netflix on the patio TV and a food coma.

Life is good.
