With Rochester coming off an ACL repair last January, I doubt he'll play much this season. I'm assuming Kirby meant ACL reconstruction. If it was just a minor tear/cleanup procedure, then probably sooner. And it doesn't sound like David Marshall is ready to play yet either, since he's still only working about half of each practice.

This is not the case. Apparently DJ Daniel and him have been back and forth all fall camp. Yesterday DJ got the nod for the scrimmage. Campbell may end up starting but it is FAR from a sure thing.

The latest one I saw had Landers in front of Cager so that seems like another battle.

Yeah apparently we put 4 WR’s in the first formation during the scrimmage and it was D-Rob, Simmons, Cager and Landers

Whoever starts I’m just glad we finally have a coach who understands that we need 85 players and competition to make our team better.

Tyson was dinged up so DJ was out there. Also, receivers won more than scrimmage 1 with DJ out there.

Much more likely than not Tyson is the starter.

Mcintosh is a grown arse man by all accounts, he didn't enroll early so he has some learning to do, but Swift/White/Mcintosh might keep Herrien on the bench.

That's not even taking James Cook into account.

I think James Cook kind of invented a new position.

LINK

Donnan had referenced Carter for his camp so I would replace him with Rochester who injured his ACL sometime ago.

Wouldn't mind seeing Netori get some snaps behind Davis.

I have a feeling that the freshmen WRs and Robertson will eventually take most of the snaps at that position

Reading the tea leaves, it sounds like it's going to be really hard to keep some of these freshmen off the field. Namely, Dean, Walker, Smith, Blaylock, Pickens.... Future is bright, gents.
