I spoke with Kirbs today in Augusta. He is in good spirits. One of his kids is a dang good baseball player apparently.

Doesn't the guy who owns that place own the world of beer and some other places? I heard he is going to make that place nice.

Maybe i have the shining and can see what others cant.
Burton puts high quality CBs on spin cycle (whether the ball gets thrown to him or not is irrelevant to the skill). This should be something that anyone can see. Maybe im special.

His name is Scott Zepp and yes they are doing a ton of improvements on the course. It’s a tough arse course with tons of water but I live two blocks away so it’s where I play. Also have the Tikibar on hole 8 :). I coached Scott’s kid in baseball and he’s a good business guy and will make the place better. It’s crazy that he was a school teacher before he hit it big with World of Beer.
They are renovating the clubhouse, building a bar and re soddding and making improvements to the course so I’m stoked about it.
Anyone else that comes down to Pensacola let me know if you wanna do a round of golf .

I actually have a house close to there now. Have a condo across the sound from there as well. I hate golf though. I fish when I am down there. The area is growing on me.
