It's going to be a fluid situation but I guess in-state would be a safer bet.

Mims just pushed his commitment out to October. I’m not one to worry, but this doesn’t exactly bode well...

Looks like he wants it to be part of his birthday celebration.

From what I've read on 247, Stockton is heavy lean to the cocks. Can't say I blame him, our QB room will be loaded for a bit.

We do not need an elite 2022 QB if Brock V signs. I wouldn't mind if MJ Morris come and become Shockley 2.0

I'm reading we are pushing hard for Nyland Green and Terrion Arnold. I think we are in a good position to land Green.

That must be new because we had backed off of him.

Is Vandagriff considered the better talent than Stockton?

We have a long history dating back to Cam Newton of going after the wrong QB'S.

Brock V looks great but from what I'm hearing Stockton is a special player.

That was when we thought Tony Grimes was a lock.

Brock is a special player. 6'3 205 physical DT QB who can sit in the pock or roll out and throw on a dime. His performance at the Elite 11 confirmed his rating as one of the top QBs in this class.

Gunner is very tight with the Bobo family. I also think Jaybo Shaw is his HS coach and Jaybo's brother Conner played at USCe.

I have to believe we're behind USCe at this point, but as other have said, I think we're in decent shape QB wise. I also think if Mushmouth gets canned after this season, Stockton's recruitment gets turned on its head.

True, but that didn’t hurt us with Woerner when Lee Shaw (Jaybo and Conner’s dad) was running the show there.

I think Bobo is the biggest worry here.

Woerner was a legacy though.

True, but I believe either the Stockton’s have ties to UGA or are tight with the Woerner’s. IIRC

At the end of the day, I still think SCar leads and our QB depth will probably hurt us in this race more than any family or coaching leans.

I think we have more of a shot than some think though.

At least they don't have their annual woodshedding by Clemson looming over them, this year.

Obviously too early to tell, but Brocks looked better than Gunner at the same age even considering the injury.

I'll also take Brock's intangibles without knowing anything about Gunner. Everything I've heard read and seen points to this kid being an elite leader.

Not to mention Gunner Stockton may not even be the best GA QB in his class.

Let the cocks get him. Muschamp posts another 5 win season and then shown the door at the end of the season.
