I think Colzie is more of a question of our wishes than his.

What's not to want? He's a physical, 6'4 kid with legit sub 4.6 speed and solid hands.

Plus recruiting another elite GA kid can't hurt with pulling more of them in the future.

James Williams to Miami. Not ideal.

Lets get a COVID vaccine ASAP please.

That's very surprising.
Thought he was all Dawg?

He's getting a ton of pressure to stay home from friends and family. I'm surprised that he committed to Miami this early but if the U struggles UGA will be right back in it.

Not to go political, but it seems everything has become political. I Think recruits aren’t feeling how vast majority of our fanbase is conservative and anti BLM

Yeah you’re so right about that. When I think of the BLM the first thing that pops in my head is how liberal and open to the movement the fans at Bama, AU, and UT are. It’s clearly why they are doing so well in recruiting.

Now kindly shut the frick up and keep your bullshite on the rant:

These kids are interacting with others their age and coaches, and Kirby has been pitch perfect. This will not be an issue.

I know this is Georgia, and a certain contingent is hell bent on grasping whatever negativity they can. In recruiting, however, Kirby has earned the benefit of the doubt. Relax.

Bama fans are literally racist trailer trash. I don't think that is it. Clemson and Ohio State are no liberal bastions either. Dabo has caught heat.-

We have to be able to keep the in state kids this year. There's plenty of time to get national kids back in the fold, but there's enough in state this and every year to have a top 5 class.

The whole “wait til visits” thing needs to be re-evaluated. Even if we get visits late in the cycle (far from a certainty), they’re not going to be the same as they have been in the past with social distancing going on.

We are having our fair share of struggles in state as well.

Carter to Clemson.
Hancock to Clemson and then OSU.
Ferguson to Bama.
Nyland Green trending Auburn/Clemson.
Mondon trending Auburn.
Mims still considered a lean, but auburn and Bama both lurking.

No it isn't. Outside of this board no one agrees with Herschel Walker.

That's every year, but I'm not sure it's a 'struggle'. Kirby just seems to like recruiting other areas more than Georgia.

Did we press for Carter and Hancock at all? It may have just been too late in the game.

My point is this may be a year where the focus needs to shift.

Give any opinion on anything at all and see how Twitter reacts.

Yes. Carter was our top LB target, and Hancock was behind only a guy like Grimes and maybe Nyland Green.

There are a lot of factors working against us currently, but Kirby and staff are failing at recruiting during the pandemic. No other major recruiting power is bungling it like we are right now.

Kirby has to start thinking long term here.

If we continue chasing out of state kids it's likely most will want to be close to home during the pandemic.

If we focus on in-state guys we could end up with a weaker class.

I do think if the pandemic slows down and we start dominating during the season we could end up flipping some guys. That's only if it slows down though.

The past few seasons around this time we all start questioning the direction of the recruiting class but this year seems different. We struck out on some kids we really wanted.
