Has played receiver a good bit in high school, so there's a chance he could get a shot there. It's just all DB's are cross trained to learn all of those positions. That will take time. Also, Monken asks receivers to learn a good bit from what I've gathered with his scheme/passing concepts.

Cochran has been really involved with his recruitment since coming over, so he could be getting time on special teams early. I know Coley and Rambo were recruiting him until they both left in January. Now he's one of the recruits that Cochran has been focusing on.

He’s listed as an athlete and I do understand that he’s mostly regarded as a Safety at the college level... but... at 6-3 220, any chance he gets a look on offense in any capacity?

Read about this in another forum and the thought over there is he’s just supporting his teammate.

Based on Wilcoxson trying to get him to go to Florida? Wilcoxson is a mess. He is Evans Part II.

November 03, 2018: Commitment
Kamar Wilcoxson commits to Florida Gators

April 27, 2019: Decommit
Kamar Wilcoxson decommits from Florida Gators

July 27, 2019: Commitment
Kamar Wilcoxson commits to Florida Gators

March 26, 2020: Decommit
Kamar Wilcoxson decommits from Florida Gators

April 27, 2020: Commitment
Kamar Wilcoxson commits to Tennessee Volunteers

June 19, 2020: Decommit
Kamar Wilcoxson decommits from Tennessee Volunteers

June 19, 2020: Commitment

Anybody that wants to hang on to Wilcoxson's coattails better hang on tight, because he is going to twist them in every direction possible. He doesn't have a clue what he is doing....or he is trolling Dan Mullen hard, and Dan keeps coming back with "More, sir!"

I like Carroll's upside more than any RB in this class. Currently a 6'1 190 speedster. Once he get on UGA's conditioning program he will get well over 200lbs. I like those big, tall and fast RB's who is a stiff arm away from breaking a big one.

Gurley....how I miss you so.

With a RB you can tell if they're good the first few times they touch it; doesn't matter if they're a true freshman. It's one of those positions where you either have it or you don't.

We squandered Swift's season by putting him in predictable run situations against a stacked box and he still did ok. I don't want to spoil another back like that again.

Agree. IMHO Gurley was our best back in terms of potential other than Herschel Walker. Unfortunately, like many of our star players, he too often wasn't on the field due to injuries and suspension.

I honestly think he was on pace to win the Heisman before he got ratted out by that guy. He was off to a monster start that year.

It really is a shame how his career ended at UGA. I still think Richt should've taken him out of the game at that point.
