No clue who missed a sign there but King caught stealing. 3 total that inning.

Our base stealing success rate has to be <50%

That had to be a missed sign by someone. Marshall showing bunt with 2 outs and King running, but yeah, we arent good at stealing bases.

And he’s clearly safe in the replay but we don’t challenge

Have a series Garrett Blaylock. Diving stop in the hole for the out.

Im really wondering how we look next year. Do the Tates stay? Who replaces Rogers at 1B? Could Blaylock plug in there with McCallister at 2B and Harber at 3B?

Got to feel both the brothers are gone. blaylock should come back but some team could give him enough money to start his career. 20 round still isnt that much.

Cannon sitting at 69 pitches through 4. May get us through 6, not sure who we still have in bullpen. Woods, I think? I guess some Friday guys could come in

Also, Collins will probably see time somewhere. RF/1B?

Cole has been playing longer than Conner; this is Conner’s first full season starting so I just wonder if that gives him a reason to return (I think he’s just an RSo so still some draft leverage there).

I wondered if Collins could move to 1B; he and Blaylock are both 6’3. But if you take him out of the DH spot, do you just platoon Blaylock or make him the DH?

It’s a good problem to hve but wonder how it shakes out. Could also see 1st-3rd as Collins, Blaylock, McCallister, and Harber of Cole Tate leaves

Oof. Not as crisp on defense this year as we have been. That’s the second time in the pay couple of weeks we’ve lost a pop up to the wind

How many games this year has our opponent had more LOB than us.....crazy to think about, especially considering our record

Gotta be a handful at most and I’d guess the others are non con games, not SEC opponents

Jonathan Cannon throws 110 pitches across 7 scoreless innings with 9 K, 5 H, and 0 BB

Beautiful outing for Cannon. Couldn’t ask for more, and honestly can’t believe he pitched that 7th

I have been highly critical of both Webb and Cannon this year and damn did they show up this weekend.

Two of the best pitching performances I’ve seen in a long time, especially considering the quality of opponent
