With Pittman leaving, figured I'd ask my question here:
What happens to our OL recruits currently committed? Tate Ratledge not answering questions.

Every time he tries to catch a pass one handed or without laying out, he has to spend the next day with one arm literally tied behind his back.

Part of the new Butts Mehre expansion is a 60-person stockade that lines Rutherford St so all offenders can spend time being harassed by folks parking in the Foley field lot

SIAP but Tate Ratledge said he’s not taking questions at this time so there’s that

Dawgs offer 2020 4* CB Joshua Eaton. 6’2 out of Houston. Hope it’s filling spots and not an indication of others we are hoping for

The Pittman effect: Looking at Georgia's 2020 offensive line class
Jake Reuse • UGASports
@ReuseRecruiting
Where do things stand, after the departure of Georgia's offensive line coach? Here's who to watch and what we think may happen in the meantime. All of the outcomes will, of course, depend on who Smart chooses to replace Pittman. A good hire could hold the class together. Also, it would not be unusual for a player to decommit, look around, and then recommit after meeting with the new position coach.
13 NATIONAL3 STATE2 POSITION Tate Ratledge
RANK 6.1 6'5" | 295 lbs | OT Darlington Rome, GA CLASS OF 2020 VERBAL COMMIT 5/13/2019 Georgia Ratledge was down to Georgia and Tennessee when his decision came. He's been a mainstay on campus in Athens this fall and would seemingly be a tough flip, as he's worked as a leader and a key cog within the class.PREDICTION: STAYS18 NATIONAL4 STATE3 POSITION
Broderick Jones
RANK 6.1 6'6" | 300 lbs | OT Lithonia Lithonia, GA CLASS OF 2020 VERBAL COMMIT 4/26/2018 Georgia Jones is Georgia's longest committed recruit in the class, which plays into the Bulldogs' favor, but he's steadily maintained that he'll take official visits and plans to sign in February. While it was initially speculated that he may get the push to sign in December, this news seems to almost guarantee he'll now push into the next period and take planned official visits, including to Auburn.
PREDICTION: UNCLEAR UNTIL AFTER OFFICIAL VISITS
80 NATIONAL3 STATE1 POSITION
Sedrick Van Pran
RANK 5.9 6'4" | 285 lbs | C Warren Easton Senior New Orleans, LA CLASS OF 2020 VERBAL COMMIT 8/17/2019 Georgia Van Pran was long considered a Georgia lean, but he's told Rivals.com's Sam Spiegelman he'll figure out what he's going to do after Warren Easton's championship game on Saturday. Spiegelman also tells us it's now likely Van Pran won't sign anywhere in December and will carry his recruitment into February. Alabama is a lingering contender here, and Pittman was a vital part of this recruitment.
PREDICTION: DECOMMITS 156 NATIONAL19 STATE17 POSITION
Chad Lindberg
RANK 5.8 6'6" | 297 lbs | OT Clear Creek League City, TX
CLASS OF 2020 VERBAL COMMIT 7/28/2019 Georgia When he heard about likely Pittman's departure, Lindberg said he was "waiting for the facts to come out." After the hire was official, Lindberg sent UGASports this note: "I don’t blame Coach Pittman for making the best decision for himself. Anyone would do it in his shoes. Unfortunately there was collateral damage." Pittman was a major key in this recruitment. Arkansas would represent a closer option, as Lindberg was considering staying in Texas. He has already taken all five of his official visits.
PREDICTION: DECOMMITs- NATIONAL 41 STATE 26 POSITION
Joshua Braun
RANK 5.8 6'6" | 335 lbs | OT Suwannee
Live Oak, FL CLASS OF 2020 VERBAL COMMIT 6/10/2019 Georgia
The Brauns are no strangers to the world of college recruiting, and while this could be an impactful change, it did seem to come down more to the school in the end, as opposed to a singular coach. While certainly nothing is off the table, losing Braun would feel like a bit of a surprise, at least right now.
PREDICTION: STAYS
Posted on 12/9/19 at 12:43 pm to Spaceman Spiff
It says nothing about SVP besides he won't be an early signer. Lindberg said there was collateral damage but it doesn't mean he's definitely not coming here. Both will probably wait to see who UGA hires.

Not sure why the LOL. He hasn't been expected to come here for several months.

The collateral damage comment is referring to him and his family not getting to work with Pittman who they all loved. Lindberg and his mom have both commented on twitter to that effect. Doesn’t indicate anything about the state of their commitment

Looks like the class is imploding. I'm also tired of DawgNation putting some article on the front page in big bold letters just to tell us a commit went somewhere else. That's the third article in a row like that and it's annoying.
Posted on 12/9/19 at 1:31 pm to HTDawg
The class has not imploded, c’mon. Johnson was doubtful as far back as a month ago. If we lose our OL commits and miss out on Washington or Ringo, then you can make a claim that things are beginning to fall apart
