Are we in a position on D-line where we can process a 4*?

It looks like he's headed to JUCO so we didn't have much of a choice.

Not exactly sure why I have this reputation or if you're just dumb enough to equate criticism with "trolling" but I've been polite long enough and ignored these types of comments but not anymore. Either explain with specificity why you feel this way or just shut the frick up.

Was the washington Redskins and minnesota vikings in a position to cut tyler catalina?

Borroughs rates .8934 as a 4 star. He is the 326th best ranked player in the country. There are 30 better DTs ranked in the country.

3 stars begin at .8898 ranking and the 346 best player. 5 stars end at the 31st best player in the country. There are plenty of opportunities for other 4 star and 5 stars for this team in this recruiting class.

Of course. The coaches don’t let a 4* recruit ”decommit”. He was shown the door. There are plans for better players to be brought on board.

I’d think this bodes well for us getting Dexter. No way that dude wants to get stuck at UF. That place is a mess.

You think Aubrey Soloman regrets not coming to UGA yet?

Aubrey may have regrets. UGA has none. Go Dawgs.

I had a strong feeling when he pulled that nonsense he’d regret it. Now he’s thrown himself into the biggest dumpster fire in college football. Well played Aubrey....well played

We have fewer public commitments that the schools ranked higher on 247.

Kirby told the AJC that he doesn't want to fill up too early because of needed senior season evaluations.

Remember how weak the number one 2017 class looked about this time of year?

As soon as Solomon said he was transferring, I went and watched every Michigan snap for him I could find on youtube. Even accounting for his inexperience, I didn't see anything that looked impressive. Would have been depth I guess, but I hope we can do better.

With the class they have committed....man....you would think one of the other guys would look somewhere else if he commits there, too. There is competing for a spot, and then there is walking into a buzz saw.

Clemson DL recruiting mirrors our OL recruiting. Stacks on stacks on stacks of studs.

Good point. We keep getting Olinemen, and DLinemen typically get rotated in a game more often than OLinemen.

This isn't true. They recruit well, but until this year they haven't stacked top 50 DLs like UGA stacks O Linemen.

What they do is maximize that group like nobody else. It's more impressive than the recruiting. Todd Bates is going to be a D Coordinator very soon.

I'll give some credit to talent evaluation and coaching, but most of what they did last year was luck. They struck gold with a haul that produced 3 1st round D-lineman. That is very, very rare.

But they do seem to have a difference maker on the D-line every year. Have to tip the cap.
