Between this thread and the Deloach letter each day, there's no reason ever to pay for recruiting info.

How do you get the DeLoach newsletter? I think I used to get it (i got something like that) but I quit receiving it now.

Very nice, glad to have an adult in the TE room. At least someone who can buy them beer.

I haven't read for sure one way or the other, but one article said that he has yet to receive his degree. That makes me *think* probably not until May, but we'll see I suppose.

Let's just hope we can keep him pointed in the right direction.

Yes, yes there is.

Florida State tight end Tre McKitty went viral on Saturday (and became the butt of many jokes) when he lined up facing the wrong way on a play in the Seminoles’ 45-44 overtime victory over Louisiana-Monroe.

Now we know why he did that, which he said was on purpose. McKitty went in motion on the play and with the offense trying to control the tempo he got in his spot and just stood that way right before the ball was snapped.

He explained to the media, via The Athletic’s Tashan Reed:

“I’ve got a million messages about that. The offensive line had messed up, then we had to hurry up and get set so the defense couldn’t see our formation before the play. So there’s nothing wrong with me. I didn’t line up the wrong way on accident.”

Nope. He doesn't technically graduate until May, so he won't be here until Summer camp starts and he will count against next year's number.

The clock was running down and they called a motion play where he was the motion man, and to speed it up so they didn't run into a delay of game situation, he just faced the other direction for his one second pause and then broke into his motion.

He's actually a really smart kid. Got his criminal justice degree and aviation minor in 3.5 years, and has also been formally training to be a pilot.

Good athlete with good speed for his size, as well as good hands.

He'll be a really nice veteran presence in the TE room and possession receiver on the field. Instantly upgrades us in the receiver department.
