Losing Wims, but this still looks nasty.

Terry Godwin
Mecole Hardman
Riley Ridley
Isaac Nauta
Swift out of the backfield

Wildcards-
Matt Landers (6-5 scout team phenom)
Crumpton (iMac clone, allegedly)
James Cook (rb with soft hands like Swift, allegedly)
Holloman
Woerner

Assuming OL maintains or improves, Fromm will have a field day against the "stack the box and make Fromm beat you" defenses.

I'm excited. I can't wait.

Godwin & Hardman will be tough to contain. Ridley will fill that Wims void. Holy shite they’re gonna be good.

Please don't take u_south_cacks thread on the SECr as what all Gamecock fans believe

I think we will have good WR corps, but not the best. Top 5 ish. There are a ton of good WRs in the league next season, and some damn good QBs throwing to them.

We will be good, but people are massively downplaying the loss of Wims. We haven't had someone with his skillset in I dont' even know how long, maybe AJ. No I'm not saying he's as good as AJ, but his ballskills in the air and ability to go up high and catch a ball over a DB is about as good as I've seen since I've watched UGA football. No receiver we currently have does it as well and we dont' know about the freshmen.

With that said, Godwin/Mecole/Ridley makes a great core group, although if I'm being honest they are all kind of in the same mold and kind of the same receiver. Crumpton is a mold breaker but whoh knows if he's ready for big time. Landers is intriguing.

Holloman had a really good spring. I hope he can come along and contribute this season.

Kirby said that Landers has been shredding the first team defense while on scout team. Wait and see....he will make one hell of a replacement for Wims.

We'll see the passing attack early in the season at both Columbia's.

Mizzou on the road will be interesting...no doubt they stack the box again and Fromm should abuse their secondary once again.

I'm with you. Having a big target who is capable of bringing in a ball thrown into a window the size of a garage door is huge. Not every pass will be on the money. What Wims can do to help completions/conversions has been a big part of our success.

I am excited to see what these young guys can do. They will be needed.

Holloman was supposed to be our best WR recruit last year. Hopefully he can come on.

He is already doing good business on our scout team. According to Kirby, he is a force to be reckoned with.

Was he vs Baker or Parrish. Asking for a friend.

Imac was electric in space. Haven't seen that kind of wiggle yet.

These 2 can get open vs anybody. If they improve hands these two are going to go off next year.

He was the scout team setup for all the tall good receivers we faced this year. I'd say he saw plenty of Baker.
