Ok gang, i need some help.

IM the only mod on this board. I cant be here all the time and i need some help. Who wants to help me Mod this beautiful board. Also, we need to let most people in this board at first. Then when people get out of control, we show them the door. Thats what i have done so far, and its worked pretty well. So who wants to help me? I would like it to be a texas fan, and also someone i have seen on the rant for awhile. Just let me know.
