Another game of not our best with poor FT shooting…and we take down a projected 5 seed that was undefeated at home. This is a good team.

So looking at the current rankings we have beaten the #7, #15, #25 and a team that will be ranked in the top 25 Monday in Creighton. We have lost to the #3, the #14 and three unranked teams. What we have left on our schedule is 4 unranked teams, the #1, the #4, the #6 and the number #22.
As of right now we projected as a 2 seed but what do you guys think are the odds that we might sneak as a 1 seed if we win out except for say losing to Auburn or losing on the road to Florida.
I still think it’s about a 15% chance that we sneak in but it’s great that we can actually think about it.

It has been a fun/strange team to watch. My son's U12 team is better from the line Literally. They are obviously still 12 on the glass, but they make their freebies.
We win too many nail biters, and the difference is really that we suck at FT's. It seems like such an easy thing to fix. Stand on the stripe, and dial it in!
I also didn't follow what happened there at the end, but was admittedly distracted with something else. I saw an off ball foul called that because of bonus sent MO to the line for two. They make one, then the ref reviews, says no foul, and they take a second. Huh? I'm sure I missed something. What was that?

From what I remember, they were seeing if Jace fouled someone before that foul call.

It'll be tough to win against elite teams by sleeping through the first half. I like the "gut check" personality, but it doesn't allow much margin.

Yes, another good win. Arkansas had been playing pretty good ball of late. Glad we took care of business and got another W before the schedule gets really tough.

Not surprised by the L on the road tonight against a tough and capable team, after a very very good stretch. But hated to see 19 turnovers. Goodness. Excellent time for a teaching moment. We can get well on Saturday, but it won’t be easy.

In Billy Kennedy's 8 years at A&M, never did the Ags have more than 19 turnovers.
