FAYETTEVILLE -- The University of Arkansas basketball team's home game against Texas A&M is back on.
It's just scheduled to be played now a month later than expected.
Texas A&M will play No. 20 Arkansas on March 6 in Walton Arena, the SEC and schools announced on Thursday. Tipoff time and television broadcast information will be released later.
The game is a makeup of the postponed Arkansas-Texas A&M game originally scheduled to be played in Walton Arena on Feb. 6.
Texas A&M (8-7, 2-6) has postponed eight consecutive SEC games. Seven of the postponements were because of positive covid-19 tests, contact tracing and quarantining within the Texas A&M program. One postponement was due to wintry weather in Texas.
March 6 was a date set aside by the SEC to make up games which had been postponed.
Arkansas' game at Texas A&M originally scheduled for Feb. 20 apparently will not be made up.

This is what drives people nuts about basketball.
Dudes were allowed all kinds of contact all game long and suddenly we are getting touch fouls for FTs.
Why can't refs ever call it the same all game long?
