Looking for cheap laptop

I know nothing about computers so I’m coming here for help. I’m looking for a cheap laptop for my 12 year old daughter. She needs something to do school work on and stream music and videos. I know Black Friday is around the corner and I was hoping to get a good deal on one but I have no clue what computer would be good for her.

Go to Best Buy.
Stand on the laptop aisle.
Close your eyes
Spin around 3 times.
Point.
Open your eyes.
Buy that one.
Pretty much anything can handle that basic stuff these days.

Chromebook would probably do everything you need and it would give her a chance to get familiar with Google Docs.
Seems like more and more schools are moving to Google Docs for schoolwork.
