If he’s driven that easily by emotion he’s not going anywhere of significance. His decisions will be based on his perception of himself not based on logic or analysis.

Easy to be tough when you have two state troopers whose sole job is to protect you standing there.
I would have invited Mr. Kiffin to a meeting outside the stadium without his troopers. Maybe a one on one discussion in a secluded alley.
