And we lost to them. Which is why I don't have an expectation for making the playoffs and no argument for a national championship.

Oklahoma had 200 yards against Alabama and won... That's just how it goes

They have a national title caliber defense and a 4-8 caliber offense.

Defense is good. Offense is arse. I would think most OU fans agree. Not OU’s fault the teams they beat lost to them.

They win ugly and have all year long, But they do win and their defense is legit. Even if they don't stop you from moving the football, they can get pressure and force the QB into bad decisions.

Yeah I had lower level 45 yd line seats, watched every play of course. We gifted OU a LOT so their beating us was more of us beating ourselves to be honest. I would call OU a bit better than mid but they are not all that good.

OU is good for a couple big plays on offense which is all they need to beat LSU

Take back one of the turnovers and we win. And the game tonight is just a season finisher.

It wasn't just the turnovers but the timing of them as well.

OU QB is the worst I’ve seen all year.
Navy’s QB doesn’t make a dime off NIL and is better in every phase of the game.

If you say that, then you are saying the SEC is not good, because they are 9-2 going through one of the toughest SEC conference schedules.

I came out of that game feeling better about our team rather than worse.

People down vote me and say I'm melting, but even though teams create turnovers, they are pretty random. Alabama went into that game in the top10 for turnover margin while Oklahoma wasn't in the top50 after getting a 3-0 in that game.

Switch the team names, and despite the win you'd all be calling me crazy because I'd have felt worse about Alabama. Unable to move the ball, defense giving up over 400 yards and barely survived because of turnovers is what I would have thought.

Instead I saw 3 drives over 70 yards for a TD against one of the better defenses in the country while our defense held them to 1 single drive that started in their own side of the field that resulted in points - a 41 drive for a FG.

Special teams we got our arse kicked though. Their FG kicker was money and nailed long ones, ours choked on an easy one. Their first FG was because of return, and they also got one of their fumbles on our return.

And despite those few costly mistakes, we only lost by 2. Reminds me of Ole Miss in 2015 although not quite that fluky.

If you ain't first, you're last.

Welcome to the SEC.

OU knows the defense is so good to not risk it by turning the ball over …. People have to score tds to beat OU… LSU would need a complete bust for that to happen . I bet OU comes out hot and wins by 13 plus .

If Vandy wins they 100% deserve to be in over OU.
