I think he's referencing the mistaken reports on signing day morning from UF insiders saying Bower had faxed in his LOI to UF when he had indeed not. It was being debated most of the day until Bower faxed to LSU. It was erroneously reported by every major site so not just UF insiders were mistaken on that one. To be fair, we didn't know we were getting him but there were some rumors.
