I honestly don't think the recruiting staff is better. Just has the best head coach in the country that makes an impactful edge for the recruits. JMO

They have proven time and again every yr they are the best in the country and the people Saban replaces losses with on staff are the best at their positions Who do you think is a better recruiting staff?
