The secondary talent in that class is ridiculous. Not too worried a/b your D-Line, though.

The DL class was better than you think. It doesn't appear great at first glance because it only had one HS and the rest was a JUCO and two prep guys returning. Was the easiest class to land you could imagine and should have had Monty Adams too, but we had a sorry piece of crap recruiting him that *somehow* (wink, wink) pulled him to his new school anyway.

It really was a microcosm of Rodney Garner's lazy arse recruiting style the last few years. Get the big talent that is just dying to go to UGA and fill in around them with lower ranked, high-ceiling projects that are dying to go to UGA. If the kid didn't fall into his fat, drunk lap, he didn't get him.

Luckily it worked out all right this time with getting the (when healthy) #1 JUCO, a 4 star prep DT that could have gone to any SEC school he chose and Mayes, who is one of those high-ceiling guys I was talking about that actually seems to be trying to reach that ceiling.

Clearly you know jack shite about recruiting. A&M is not even in the fricking running for enough big time players to even make a push for the top spot. Unless A&M wins it all (highly unlikely considering you bitches choke year in and year out) you have a snowballs chance in hell at winning the recruiting national title. But don't worry you'll finish above your big brother UT and can take a few more moral victories home.

I think you're wrong. A&M has a pretty good shot to land the top class.

Right now A&M has a good shot at adding three more 5*s in Garret, Speedy, and Dhaquille Williams. Not to mention that Kyle Allen could very easily by bumped up after his performance at the Rivals 5*. That would ~3-5 in this class, and everybody left on our board is high 4*s.
The only thing holding us back is that it will be a slightly smaller class, but A&M has plenty of big names left on the board.

TN will finish top 10 for no other reason than we're taking 30-31 recruits in this class.

Which site are you talking about? Some don't count all 30.

UT should finish 8-12.

Hopefully everyone stays on board after another mediocre season. WAUT.
