Does anyone have information on this kid beyond the fact that he decommitted from Texas? Mizzou apparently has offered him, which indicates Mizzou might be going in a new direction with their offensive philosophy. I don't remember the last time we offered a fullback. Anyways, saw he released a top 6 that seems to include Bama, Arky, Miami, Florida State, Ole Miss and Mizzou. I don't like our chances with all those other big names being tossed in the mix, but was wondering if anyone has heard if this kid is already leaning one way or another.

Buzz after he decommitted from UT was that Ole Miss was in the lead.
How many of the teams in his top 6 use a traditional fullback? Seems like an odd list of schools.

I thought the reason he decommitted from UT was because they wanted to make him a FB?

Well that would explain Mizzou then. We rarely use a fullback. Here I was getting my hopes up as much that maybe it was a sign we were changing our system as I was about anything else. Looks like his interest here might simply be because it's an opportunity to play RB. Either way.

I think he can be a solid power back but he definitely wants to tote the rock. He plays at small, nice private school as well

All his top 6 is recruiting him as a RB.
