Y’all must have wanted Rodney to give him a scholarship, either that or y’all were desperate.

I guess Saban must have been desperate when he offered Fournettes's little brother.

Lanard (the lesser fournette) was a rated player with legit division one offers, who found a way to contribute at lsu.

Rodney is none of that. Not even a little.

A package deal is fine, they happen all the time. Just so long as the other side of the package isn't dead weight.

Rodney's dead weight. Lanard isn't and neither was Cam Sims when Alabama took him along with Cam Robinson.

Make no mistake about it. Rodney is taken only out of desperation.

Never implied anything different about Rodney, but Lanard was a low 3-star, number 1200+ player in the country. He was not taken with expectation to being a meaningful contributor as a back. Make no mistake, he was was offered to help secure his brother's commitment plain and simple.

Nick was a pleasant surprise this year.

If Sop is willing to play for Bama without his brother then I for one want him there really bad. If he finds his motivation and works hard he is gonna be an all American type interior lineman for someone. Maybe he will take college ball more serious with the NFL and millions of possible dollars awaiting a hard working Sopsher. I don't think he is worth a wasted scholarship on a bona fide 2 star brother though.

No doubt. I expect he is Bama bound unless O offers his brother.

Coach whiteboots has offered his brother and did so some time ago. In fact, before the early signing period.

Lsu is the only program right now that has willingly and openly offered a package deal for both. It's pretty obvious now that Ish absolutely, positively does not want to attend lsu.

The whole "package deal" thing was and is bullshite.

Yeah, that is incorrect. .

Oregon has also offered both brothers in the package deal.

Don't be surprised if Rodney gets a Bama offer after Juco to fulfill the package deal.

Well I guess he doesn't want to go to Oregon either.

Didn't Rodney get pushed back to 2020? I feel like most of us are ready to go for other prospects at this point and let them both go. I just don't think he's going to pan out in college.

If his brother wasn't Leonard he wouldnt have had any, just an FYI. As soon as Leonard signed with LSU guess what options Lanard was limited to? Us.

He had like 140 yards rushing his senior year of high school with Leonard gone to LSU.
