I have my doubts he signs anywhere other than JUCO if I understand the new hard 25 cap rule correctly.

It seems they count negardless if they qualify or not, if so sign and place is DOA, and a kid would have to be mighty damn good for a school to take a chance on him if he is borderline.

IF that is true the value of EE's just went through the roof.

You sign them because stranger things have happened and it doesn't take a lot to get qualified. Eddie Lacey had a 14 on his ACT heading into his final attempt. This is especially true for the MS schools as the 24th and 25th signees are usually stretches anyways.

We shall see, but the hard 25 rule is going to help smaller schools a great deal and will improve the quality of that 24th and 25th signee IMHO.

It is going to be a bit funny watching how many less kids get hurt requiring medical schollys at Bama.

Crystal balls pouring in for MSU this morning. Supposedly is close to recommitting. I still think it’ll be a struggle to get him qualified though.

So he's gonna really soak up recruiting drama until he has to go juco?

Hopefully the talks of him being a qualifier risk is just talk. He has the frame to put on some good weight.

Yancy said he had absolutely no possible way of qualifying and would be lucky to pass the GRE to get into Juco about a week ago when he was considered a State lean. Now he’s taking a ton of classes and has a shot. Crazy how quickly some of these fanboys change their stories on both sides.

Well that’s just not true. Most people can agree that he has no shot. Our reporters have been saying this for months. So have good ole miss reporters like David. It’s the hack jobs like Yancy that are back on forth depending on who’s committing where. I mean seriously the dude said Ole miss passed on the top 2 players in the state last year despite having a garbage recruiting class.

He wasn't getting into MSU.

He's not getting into OM.

However, he is highly ranked.
