Kicked off team
Looked to be a bust and ruined his life
Now
Super Bowl Champion and NFL superstar along with team captain and outstanding community member, giving a million to LSU to build the best player’s locker room in the SEC.

Thomas Davis:

Signed as a 2 star LB at UGA, played safety in College and LB in NFL, went on to become Consensus All American in 2004. Drafted in first round, still in the NFL I think. 3 time pro bowler, 1200+ career tackles, sports this badass scar

After this next season or two, I'm hoping it is Zamir White. Coming off of 2 ACLs.

The best prior example?
As was said, Thomas Davis.
3 ACLs in the NFL and keeps playing at a high level.

Lattimore was a great, sad story so he was inspirational.

Mine is Ahmad Black though. Guy is short, and pretty small. Yet was one of the best safeties in the country. I've met him a few times in RL and just a great person. Being his size and being so good is all about heart
