No offense but no one in their right mind is calling KJ Jefferson Cam 2.0. The dude was passed on by both in state schools. Receiver talent is there though.

This time it's different. MsQtate will win the national championship in football.

Arkansas shouldn't beat State, but it will be a wild game, as usual.

Word out of every fall camp is that the young receivers are ball hawks and that the new guys are more athletic. I wonder how young you have to be to fall for the same kind of nonsense hype you hear every off season.

This is the best shape we've been in at receiver since at least 2015.

Not to be a dick but LSU, Bama and Auburn are gonna roll out elite talent in the secondary (not sure about A&M). So unless the OL and run game are solid then it’s a really difficult venture to be slinging the ball around.

I don’t know what this means. Were you supposed to have good receivers then? The 8th best receiving corps in the conference or something?

Actually I'd say 2014. This group will be good if they stay healthy.

Our OL and run game will be more than solid.

I am changing that based on what I hear in the passing game and the young receivers who are ball hawks along with a more veteran crew of WR’s. We are going to upset someone and our defense is still going to be solid. Perhaps a step back from last year but we return all our LB’s, Corners and word is our safeties are far more athletic.
5 is more likely than 9

We gonna maul Ole Miss game #2, then you'll see.
To be fair mauling OM is its current condition is not a very good indicator of anything.

We will be better on offense this year and worse on defense. The schedule is easier with Tennessee rotating on and Florida rotating off along with Kentucky losing a lot and playing in Starkville. Eight wins is probably where we are at but I don't expect Auburn or A&M to be world beaters so those are 2 toss up games that we could win. They are on the road so I will give the advantage to the home team in those 2, but they are very winnable games.

It means they’re good enough to beat your shite team.

Not a Razorback fan, but according to 247, KJ had an impressive offer list which included Georgia and both Mississippi schools.

True, he did have a MSU offer, just not as a QB.
Not sure about GA and OM but feel fairly confident they were the same.

Don't do this to yourself.

Having verbal offers that appear on 24/7 and commutable offers are two very different things. Both State and Ole Miss passed on him as a Qb and offered him as strictly an athlete.

We have 4 gimmes plus Ole Piss. That's 5 already.
4 gimmes?
Y'all lost to Colorado State last year (who finished 3-9)
North Texas stomped you by 4 touchdowns.
Arkansas can slap a win next to Portland State. And that's about it. 4 gimmes......

This will never happen, ever, in anyone's lifetime. Ever.

quote:That's incorrect. Georgia wanted him BADLY, he was on campus a few days before signing day. Yes, he was a late bloomer. He was a 3*. But, he rose ALL YEAR and was a 4* at the end, and you are CRAZY if you think Ole Miss didnt want him as a QB. He visited there like 12 times, too.
Not sure about GA and OM but feel fairly confident they were the same.
And he's called Cam 2.0 because he is bad and physical AF and can throw lasers 60 yards down the field. But, I dont mind people sleeping on us; just remember me when we win 6-7 games this year.
