You can't make this up....in the month of November, Georgia and LSU....

Georgia ranked 116th in total offense
LSU ranked 115th in total defense
When LSU has the ball, it's like what wins the battle when something that can't be stopped hits something that can't be moved.
When Georgia has the ball it's like what happens when something that can't move goes against something that can't stop anything.
I'll take LSU since if you can't move, they don't really have to stop anything.

That's pretty fair.

I'm still pretty shocked. Aranda was pretty damn good not all that long ago. What happened?

Why didn’t you just say ‘an unstoppable force versus an immovable object’?
That’s literally what normal people say to describe this particular conundrum

We played Tua then the plumlee kid went off. Basically the whole reason we have bad numbers in Nov. Maybe play more O’s with a pulse....oh wait, sooooooooon.

We played the number two, number 7 and number 10 total defense in November, but I think our problems go a little deeper than that.

Injuries, suspensions and guys playing banged up are the reasons they got worse in November. As for why they were mediocre in the first place, we have some highly rated guys who haven’t lived up to their billing and a few who show flashes, but don’t play very smart. As for Aranda, it’s like he got Miles disease and went into a shell.
So this will be the battle of who can clean up their mess the best in two weeks.

This year won't be 7 OTs. It was 31 in regulation.

Defense wins championships........unless your offense only kicks FG. haha
This should be interesting.

We were winning by 20 when Bama started to make us look bad on defense.
31 when Ole Miss did.
50 when Arkansas finally moved the ball a little bit.
There are lots of things going on.
I'm starting to believe that the offense's effectiveness is hurting the defense. Not because we score too fast, but because the opposing coaches and players know we can score almost at will.
What do you do in that situation, and when you're already down by a few scores? You throw caution to the wind. You play with no fear or pressure.
Arky doing onside kicks after every score is actually a great strategy. What difference does it make whether you give Burrow the ball on the 25 or the 50?
I expect Jimbo to completely open up the playbook from the beginning to the end of the game.
UGA is going to use the 1st half to see if their defense is good enough to slow us down and cause a few turnovers, while running the ball themselves.
We will see if any of that works, but I think expecting our defense to suck while the game is close is a bad strategy unless you have a great offense.
