Well this is dumb considering they only beat the worst Alabama team of the playoff era by 5 points after being gifted multiple turnovers.
2020 Alabama would blow the doors off 2019 LSU, and that's what stats show.

Literally nobody thinks this. Hell, just take a look on defense. Alabama had so many injuries last year at LB, that we had a true freshman starting and calling the defensive plays.
That same true freshman didn't even make the 2 deep this past year as all those injured players healed up.
Offensively, this team set records and did way better than 2019.
Oh and for the first time in many years, we had a kicker who could make field goals. In fact, he made 100% of his field goals and extra points.
There is not a single place where Alabama was better in 2019 than 2020.
