But don’t be shocked if it’s every sec school very soon. I don’t agree with it but they will use fda approval as a trigger

I'm friends with one of Liuccis best friends and he told me A&M will almost 100% do the same.

Missouri and Tennessee already said they won’t.

People forget how political this is. Look at who the governor is in these other states.

researchers at the Yale School of Medicine found that nearly a third of those approved from 2001 through 2010 had major safety issues years after the medications were made widely available to patients.

LSU did the right thing. We learned that from NC State.

Well, I mean Mizzou and Tennessee literally made statements today saying they were not. So did Georgia so…

I mean, I guess they could be lying but that’s one hell of a thing to drop on fans when they get to the gate

Yeah, ultimately I would be surprised they don't all do the same thing.

I hate so much how it's an issue.

Vaccines and medicine are never 100% risk free. And, they are about mitigation for the most part and not certain immunity to the disease.

That said, mandatory vaccines and even flu shots in certain organizations have been a requirement for matriculation or employment.

I say give people a choice, and set federal policy positions (not ambiguous CDC "guidelines"). Then, we can opt to have access to things the federal prohibition eliminates for those without a vaccination or we can choose not to use those services without a fricking mask.

I'm truly ambivalent to it either way, but I do have a residual hate for the prior anti-vax generation that biases my opinion on the hard line anti-covid vax people.

Some act like cajunbama cooked up a batch of vaccinations in his mom's basement.

I see it as the new flu shot. Perpetually being a strand behind maximum efficacy, yet an annual req for our DoD servicemembers. It's a lose lose either way, but who the frick cares at this point. Set a rule and enforce it in public areas/establishments. Allow private citizens and businesses to make their own decisions

...Or a Covid negative test

That critical part of the requirement is forgotten as fast as 1939 national championships
