Could somebody please look at Avery Johnson's recruiting tactics. Particularly his inability to recruit anybody who can grab an offensive rebound or hit a clutch 10 foot jumper.

I think that's more of a coaching and evaluation thing than recruiting thing. Avery is a great recruiter.
